Pioneers ICT is selected as an implementing partner by government agencies and global foundations. These are the programmes we deliver under, and what each one involves.
The Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) project's Innovation Grant Facility. Pioneers partners with YEHDI (Reg. IDEAS/IGF/NPCU/KANO) to deliver a Digital Skills Development Plan across Web Design & Development, UI/UX, Product Branding, and SEO — each a 5-month certified track, funded through a combined IGF + own-resource grant of ₦125,000,000, serving Kano Central Senatorial District.
A Technical and Vocational Education and Training partnership with the Government of Nigeria, extending our practical digital-skills delivery alongside the IDEAS programme and into the vocational education pathway.
A five-year national initiative to equip 400,000 young Nigerians — particularly women, persons with disabilities and displaced youth — with digital and gig-economy skills. Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) is the Mastercard Foundation's implementing partner, and Pioneers ICT was selected as an implementing hub. We enrol and train participants at our Kano facility, and recruit and supervise the Learning Community Coordinators who deliver peer learning, mentorship and community engagement. Participation is tracked per learner, per day, in our own monitoring system.
Collaboration with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board in a training and computer-based testing capacity, using our 120-seat CBT-ready hall. This examination infrastructure also underpins Preplyx, the CBT practice platform built in our Incubation Hub.
Each of these partnerships involved an external body assessing whether Pioneers ICT could deliver — and concluding that we could.
Government agencies and a global foundation have each run their own assessment before contracting us. That is a form of verification we cannot give ourselves.
